Cost-Benefit Analysis

Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) is a technique used to identify the “best means” to accomplish an “end”. The CBA methodology systematically identifies and then weighs the pros and cons of different ways to accomplish a particular improvement. The product of a CBA is a straightforward, factual comparative analysis of viable alternatives and the status quo. It answers the question: “Which choice is best?”
